工作性質/ Job Descriptions & Responsibilities

 

負責整間中餐廳運作,包括管理廚師工作,計算成本,控制訂單/ Oversee entire Chinese kitchen operations, including kitchen staff management, cost control, raw materials procurement 

開發新菜餚及食材,製作精美點心/ Menu design and development of new dishes 

監督、協助及培訓廚房員工/ Supervise, assist and train kitchen staff 

保持高水準食物質素及衛生/ Ensure highest quality and safety standard of all cuisines 

依照食物安全及衛生標準工作,確保工作環境衛生安全/ Maintain strict hygiene and safety policies and procedures 

 

入職要求/ Requirements

 

  • 具備8年或以上相關經驗, 曾受僱於5星級酒店、會所或高級食肆者優先考慮/ Minimum 8 years relevant experience, preferably in 5 star hotel/private club/fine dining restaurants 
  • 首選具有專業廚師資格及衛生經理證書/ Excellent knowledge of kitchen management and hygiene management, HACCP is an advantage  
  • 精通粵式點心的烹飪技巧和專業知識/ Strong professional knowledge and skills in Dim Sum making
  • 積極主動,有創意發展新菜式/ Passionate about menu innovation/ 
  • 良好工態度、有責任感、有團體合作精神/ Good working attitude, responsible, good team spirit 
  • 自發性強、善於壓力環境下工作/ Highly self-motivated and able to work under pressure 
  • 持有香港身分證/ Holder of Hong Kong ID
