Our client is a global luxury hotels & resorts group with thriving businesses in Asia, Australia, Europe, North America and Middle East. They are now looking for a talented Human Resources Business Partner to provide HR support to the Food and Beverage team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the group's global talent management system and responsible for talent recruitment and rotations
  • Cooperate with corporate HR team and business leaders to establish an effective reward and recognition programme
  • Conduct market research and provide perceptive HR market trends updates in the F&B sector
  • Work closely with all key business leaders and general staff to reach the HR and business objectives 


Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Hospitality Management or other related disciplines
  • At least 5 years' relevant experience in 5-star hotel group, global F&B business group or large restaurant group
  • Pre-opening experience in setting up F&B business would be an advantage
  • Familiar with F&B business with strong network of F&B talents globally
  • Rich experience in recruiting and compensation packages forming
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Outstanding communication skills with ability to work with people at all levels
