Our client is one of the top Chinese investment bank. As part of their continuous growth, an outstanding opportunity has arisen for a high calibre candidate to join their company.

 

 

Job Description

  • To ensure the compliance of rules and regulations of the regulatory bodies
    To review and implement the workflow and control procedures of the company
  • To supervise the day to day operations
  • The candidate MUST familiar and in charge of Securities Business daily operations, i.e.: Dealing, settlement and credit.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline  
  • Existing R.O. (Securities)
  • At least 10 years’ securities industry experience with 8 years’ management experience
  • Sound knowledge in stock
  • Familiar with compliance issue under SFO
  • Mature, aggressive & initiative with excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua (MUST)
