Our client owns and operates some of the most successful Hotels and integrated Resorts in Macau.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute all security related operations, security standards, strategies, and operational support to maintain safety and security.
  • Develop & implement and maintains policies and programs to ensure physical safety of the casino’s guests, employees, property and assets; complies with the company’s internal controls.
  • Lead and mentor staff
  • Review and implement annual security assessments to identify policy, staffing, and technology requirements that drive continuous improvement.
  • Drive successful implementation and execution of security operations
  • Collaborate and make recommendations as it relates to executing strategies in alignment with security environment and Company initiatives.
  • Participate in the promotional process for management candidates and monitor the processes for the recruitment, selection and training of new hires.
  • The position also undertakes special projects and initiatives to improve property, guest, employee and patron safety.
  • Risk assessment, gaming operation compliance.
  • Enforcement of company rules and policies and coordination of special events, construction projects and events across all properties.

 

Requirements:

  • At least 20 years of relevant security experience with a background in law enforcement or the military service.
  • A proven track record in successfully managing large hybrid teams of both FTE’s and suppleiented third party/outsourced resources.
  • The experience to deliver best practices, SOP’s and training to a diverse team of security officers.
  • Fluency in Cantonese and English is essential.
