Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Establish the organizational effectiveness and change function in alignment with business goals;
  • Originate company practices that provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that encourages initiatives, productivity, goal attainment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. 
  • Lead initiatives and promote practices targeting at releasing employee potential, managing talent, as well as developing management and leadership capability;
  • Work towards aligning corporate culture, values and employee behaviours with corporate objectives and strategies;
  • Identify gaps in workplace excellence, develop appropriate plans to ensure all employees have the skills, knowledge and experience to perform their roles and functions up to expected standards;
  • Advise on and facilitate executive development and succession planning initiatives;
  • Work with company management on people management and employee relation issues, follow through to ensure effectiveness of action plans.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree or above preferably in HR/ organization development/ management/ business administration or related disciplines;
  • Substantial experience in relevant fields gained in sizable organizations, exposure in real estate / property business is an advantage;
  • Ability to lead and manage large, complex projects to successful completion;
  • Very effective communication, leadership, planning and influencing skills;
  • Excellent EQ and high personal and professional ethnics;
  • Self-motivated and passionate about your profession; mature and possess a “CAN_DO” attitude;
  • Suitable candidate with less relevant experience may be appointed as Organizational Development Manager.
