Responsibilities:

  • Consistently maintain and ensure an effective booking process with external parties
  • Deliver positive Guest Experience by accurately managing customized program details
  • Sustain strategic relationships with Principals, teachers, and leaders of youth organizations in Hong Kong and overseas
  • Manage internal relationships and communications in the development, operation and execution of Disney Youth Programs
  • Sensitive to market needs in developing and enhancing Disney Youth Programs
  • Manage the overall sales budgets and Annual Operating Plan for the team
  • Conduct Disney Youth Program surveys including data compilation and analysis
  • Manage the booking system (Salesforce) and generate reports for business analyses
  • Ensure efficiency, quality and compliance of Disney Youth Programs

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree holder in Arts or Science, with at least 7 years experiences in related fields
  • Knowledgeable in the Hong Kong school and youth organization markets
  • Good understanding of Hong Kong Disneyland and Disney Youth Programs is preferred
  • Great project and time management skills
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows (including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing, etc.)
  • Flexible, adaptive, highly proactive and able to handle multi-task under pressure
  • Strong administrative, interpersonal and communications skills with ability to work with multiple stakeholders
