Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as a business partner with focuses on talent acquisition, training and development, as well as employee relations
  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment including but not limited to search strategy set up, research, mapping, sourcing, screening and offer negotiation
  • Participate in the development and design of job description, maintain an update system and communication vehicle
  • Facilitate the new hire orientation and on-boarding training programs
  • Support in all aspect of training matters, including identification of training needs, training facilitation and, and evaluation of training programs
  • Drive and oversee the employee engagement and subsequent improvement initiates
  • Prepare periodical reports, HR Metrics, exit interview report, training needs analysis, performance analysis, etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree qualification in Business Administration / Human Resources or equivalent
  • At least 8 years of solid relevant work experience, particularly in talent acquisition and business partnering
  • Candidate with HR experience from MNCs is highly preferred
  • Familiar with Hong Kong employment law and practices
  • Capable to plan strategically; translate strategy into operational roadmaps and deploy resources efficiently
  • Creative, strong problem solving skills with high learning agility
  • Demonstrate capability in presentation, negotiation and communication
  • Good command in MS PowerPoint and Excel
  • High proficiency in English and Chinese, including both Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Manager South China
