Main Duties

  • Assist the Operation Manager to supervise team of frontline staff to provide cabin cleaning and related services to customers airlines and ensure the quality services are delivered in according to their requirements and standards
  • Ensure the resources (equipment, tooling, manpower) are deployed efficiently and effectively
  • Ensure the inventory supplies level and housekeeping of the warehouse are kept in a good condition and comply with safety standards
  • Ensure the operations and team have conformed the safety and security standards and aligned with the work procedures and policies of the Company, authorities and customers airlines
  • Provide analytical reports and statistics and make recommendations for continuous improvements on operation
  • Provide recommendations and fix any irregularities, incidents and problems happened during his/her shifts
  • Be the contact point of customers airlines, provide assistance and responds for their requests or complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain harmonious working environment for the team and good partnering relationship with customers airlines
  • Assist in staff management, monitor their performance, give coaching and counselling, handle their disputes, and impose disciplinary actions if necessary
  • Provide assistance for accidents, injury cases, customers airlines complaints investigations or customers airlines / authorities audits
  • Deputise Operation Manager-Cabin Services during his/her absence

Requirements

  • Degree holder or above
  • At least 7 years relevant working experience, exposure in aviation is preferable
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese typing
  • Holder of driving license class 1 & 2
