Job Responsibilities:

* Support ERP business solution, multiple business applications and IT projects of the organization;
* Assist users in resolving issues on day-to-day basis by effectively communicate and coordinate across the team to resolve the issues;
* Develop and maintain operations for applications including ERP, Warehouse Management System, POS system;
* Prepare the documentation for each stage of system implementation such as user requirements, workflow diagram, functional specs, user manual, etc.
* Identify and analyze business requirements from both commercial and technical perspective.
* Work with cross-functional teams (developers, business analysts, IT team, etc.) for ERP implementation projects.
* Conduct Unit Testing and UAT to ensure timely projects delivery.


Job Requirements:

* Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, information technology or a related field. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
* At least 2-3 years in Dynamics AX ERP development using X++/ C#.NET;
* Experience in Dynamics AX System setup and administration;
* Experience in Microsoft .NET via Visual Studio, Microsoft SQL Server;
* Ability to analyze and recommend solutions to any technical difficulty in a timely manner.
