Job Description

  • Develop and implement the e-Commerce initiatives across all regions
  • Support the enhancement/improvement of Meyer’s several consumer brands and multi-branded online stores
  • Support the development of performance marketing campaign strategies
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to help steer future strategy discussions
  • Analyze website’s user behavior, conversion rates and customer journeys, funnel analysis and customer segments
  • Undergo regular A/B testing to help with suggesting performance improvements to the website
  • Work with technical team to manage site changes and enhancements

 

The Successful Applicant

  • 6+ years’ digital marketing experience, particularly in the following areas:
  • Experience in implementing Shopify or e-Commerce platforms
  • Social channel advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram)
  • Google Advertising campaigns (PPC, Display Network)
  • Campaign A/B testing and remarketing
  • Google Analytics
  • SEO, SEM and keyword analysis
  • EDM / Newsletter campaign management
  • Experience in the operating of an E-Commerce store (Regional or Global is an advantage)
  • Website A/B testing experience
  • Experience with CRM and customer loyalty is an advantage
  • Exceptional project management skills; proactive approach to optimize campaign tracking and analysis
  • Multi-tasking and good time management, ability to work under pressure
  • Fast paced, proactive and result oriented
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • Bachelor's degree (or similar) in relevant field
