THE COMPANY :
- European fashion watch & fashion jewelry brand owner
- Retail, wholesale, distribute, travel retail and e-Commerce for several own watch & jewellery brands
- Own retail chain in China, Asia and Europe
- Watch products and fashion jewelry ranging from low-cost plastic thru to Swiss Made
- We are looking for e-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Liaise with internal and external parties for online store operation, including order fulfillment, logistic arrangement, inventory update and product listing
- Provide pre-sales and after-sales service to customers
- Maintain and frequently update database
- Assist in conducting market research for e-commerce
- Perform administrative support to management
- Support ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Diploma or above with at least 2 years working experience in operating e-commerce platforms
- Experience in watch/fashion jewellery/fashion/fashion accessories is a plus
- Experience in brand owners is a plus
- Experience in European/US/sizable companies a plus
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word. Knowledge in Photoshop would be an advantage
- Experience in Amazon, Shopee, Lazada would be a plus
- Proficient of spoken and written English, Chinese including Mandarin
- 5 days work
- Annual leave : 14 days
