E-COMMERCE/LOGISTICS - OPERATIONS/CUSTOMER CARE

WORK ONSITE AND REMOTELY.

Requirement of staff (experience & qualification): Operations: supervise packing team, communicate with logistics team; create reports, manage customers' orders' workflow and internal order procedure for logistic team; report to directors; simple admin; although preferred, no previous qualification/experience required
MUST pay attention to detail, be a fast learner, pro-active, good character, able to work well in a team as well as independently. Customer service: reply emails, Whatsapp, phone calls;
The ideal candidate will have English & Cantonese language skills, computer skills.
