  • European fashion watch & fashion jewelry brand owner
  • Retail, wholesale, distribute, travel retail and e-Commerce for several own watch & jewellery brands
  • Own retail chain in China, Asia and Europe
  • Watch products and fashion jewelry ranging from low-cost plastic thru to Swiss Made
  • We are looking for e-COMMERCE MANAGER - with details as follows :
  • Manage APAC online BTOB & BTOC e-Commerce Business Unit
  • Develop a proactive marketing strategy in accordance to Brand guidelines
  • Analyze marketplace information and report to improve customer online shopping experience (images, taxonomy, search, navigation, replenishment etc)
  • Review competitors on a regular basis to understand best practices (design, marketplace designs, promos, emails, etc)
  • Actively participate in different e-Commerce platforms promotion: selling events, seasonal online marketing campaigns, new product demonstrations and other marketing events
  • Provide regular eshops reports detailing marketing activity in the territory for both Trek and the competition
  • Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, CQC, customer service, logistic and finance to ensure sales objectives and needs are being addressed at the online business level
  • Keep and maintain an accurate inventory of your fleet and schedule of events online
  • Ensure the accuracy and timelines of all product launches, marketing campaigns and other customer interaction
  • Work closely with photography studio production list of images to be shot. Ensures all images are correct and online
  • Direct report to APAC General Manager
  • A consolidate experience in particular into the ON LINE Chinese platforms as a real plus
  • SEO SEM Expertise
  • Proficient in English and Chinese; Mandarin a plus
  • Experience in US/European fashion jewelry brands or watch brands an advantage
  • Knowledge of online business to business / business to consumer behavior in APAC market
  • Experience in managing distributors account and marketplace in Asian countries
  • Knowledge of consumer behaviour in Hong Kong
  • Able to work independently
  • 5 days work
