Job Description:

  • Identifying, developing and executing on business opportunities;
  • Consolidating data and gleaning insights to create reports for upper management;
  • Work closely with the Vice President to develop creative market leading sales initiatives to maximize sales, profit and effectively manage the product life cycles;
  • Managing projects regarding Sales Promotion Initiatives, including but not limited to product selection, defining sales promotion calendar, its methods, and execution;
  • Responsible for sales and business analysis, gleaning relevant sources and information, and providing important insights into message, and reporting to the top management;
  • Collaborating in Channel Merchandising solutions, to improving categorization, defining suitable sales tools for website development, and overseeing its pricing strategy;
     

Requirement:

  • Bachelor Degree or above;
  • Minimum 5 years in a Sales & Marketing position for a globally focused company, with solid, and trackable results from sales improvement related projects;
  • Strong in the Microsoft office suite (especially Excel);
  • Knowledge of Crystal reports or similar reporting tools;
  • Strong understanding of buying behavior in different markets (North America, Europe & Asia);
  • Demonstrates a strong interest in eCommerce and how people all across the world interact with technology when shopping;
  • Creative thinker who likes testing out-of-the-box ideas;
  • Proactive and quick to test new ideas and concepts;
  • Analytical and data driven;
  • High organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines;
  • Curious, inquisitive, with an unwillingness to accept the status quo, but willing to improve across situations.
