Purpose of Job

The appointee will join a team of energetic IT professionals in providing support to internal customers and hotel guests. The appointee will also involve in project implementations and system upgrades ranging from hardware, software, networking equipment to business applications.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide hardware, software, networking equipment and business application support to internal customers
  • Provide IT services assistance to hotel guests
  • Involve in systems implementations and upgrade projects
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers on system implementations or issues
  • Prepare operation manuals and user guides

Do you have the following?

  • Degree or diploma in Computer Science
  • Minimum 1-3 years’ experience with exposure to both networking and business applications support  
  • Hands on knowledge of VMWare, Veeam, Active Directory, Exchange and Office 365 support
  • Knowledge of using vbscript, javascript, powershell and SQL query is highly preferred
  • Experience in Database Management on MSSQL and Oracle RDBMS 
  • Knowledge of Hotel applications (e.g. Opera, InfoGenesis/Simphony POS) an asset
  • Good team player and guest-oriented
  • Strong analytical and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexible and enjoy working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese
