Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify, recommend and execute markets e-commerce growth strategies and initiatives (Own, Direct, Indirect) to drive a significant increase in the website traffic, conversion rates, etc with full P&L responsibility
  • Manage all customer touch points and coordinate with other departments to maximize customer satisfaction
  • Lead optimization for search engines: Manage link profiles, website content, and site architecture
  • Utilize website usability methods to develop and maintain brand merchandising standards and increase total conversion
  • Review and assess new and emerging compliance and regulatory issues to ensure policies and programs address changing needs in our ecommerce business
  • Manage the right product merchandises, stock inventory, logistics & technical team to enhance customer satisfaction & user experience
  • Navigate technical and content issues and overcome challenges while maintaining good relationships with vendors and teams
  • Coordinate with internal and external support services to successfully implement the road map Manage and negotiate with external partners
  • Manage ecommerce budget by tracking expenses, coordinating accounts payable, comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree holder or equivalent in eCommerce, Internet Marketing, Information Technology Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in eCommerce/ digital marketing business with track records in achieving Sales Target
  • Excellent understanding of online shopping plus experience of Online Marketplace Trading 
  • Strong network of clients within the Electronics/ Beauty/ Luxury Retail/ Fashion/ Lifestyle type products business
  • eCommerce technology/software, SEM, SEO, Affiliate, online media buying experience
  • Familiar with operations of Magento is highly preferred.
  • Experience in content management system (CMS) and social media marketing are highly preferred;
  • Strong verbal and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus
