Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Marketing,  you will lead a small team to develop and manage e-commerce sales channels in order to achieve business growth.

  •  Manage, design and deliver analysis, such as digital performance analysis, website analytics, guest segmentation and cross channel analysis
  • Optimize various site elements, including site structure, content based marketing campaigns and guide the development of reports
  • Create and supervise online tagging and tracking policy
  • Work with external vendors for website development and manage SLA as well as project timeline
  • Support various CRM development, planning and execution, including but not limited to system integration, data management, customer acquisition, segmentation, retention and other CRM campaigns
  • Establish and maintain online customer database, conduct online membership-based loyalty programs and measure the results.
  • Provide timely and sufficient training and guidance to team members

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder Business, Marketing or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years' solid experience in B2C eCommerce environment, specifically related to website development/user interface, site merchandising, product content creation, user experience (UX), user research, customer journey mapping, taxonomy, SEO, digital marketing and email marketing
  • Demonstrate expertise with Google Analytics and other web analytics platforms
  • Knowledge of HTML, marketing automation platforms
  • Strong analytical thinking, data-sensitive and strategic mindset
  • Project management skills with the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders
  • Good people management and communication skills
  • Fluent in spoken & written English and Chinese (Cantonese)
