You will be responsible for leading the full eCommerce program and assist on part of social media activities and campaigns. As the eCommerce Manager, your responsibilities will include: 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategies and plans on Cross Border Ecommerce and provide analysis to develop continuous e-commerce business strategy for different regions
  • Manage in-house e-commerce platforms including websites and Apps
  • Implement and manage digital marketing plan and SEO operations including marketing research, A/B testing, keyword analysis, internal linking and optimizations to various tags and content for the expansion of the eCommerce business
  • Create and manage all direct response marketing campaigns across online media (e.g. Google, Adwords, Remarketing, Facebook, etc.) in order to drive maximum efficiency and business impact to our e-Shop(s)
  • Maintain high traffic and maximize conversion and lead generation to our e-commerce platform in order to drive target revenue
  • Manage the full budget for e-Commerce
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external affiliates to acquire a well informed and directed strategy that clearly dictates expenditures and ROI
  • Monitor performance and report findings regarding keyword analysis, indexing, conversion rates and traffic
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the aforementioned and create clear and concise presentations and proposals for future strategies
  • Research possible new advertisement opportunities, trends in digital marketing and search engine optimization and convert them into meaningful and useful statistics, and provide recommendations and proposals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in e-commerce/ marketing/ business/ IT or related disciplines
  • 5 years' experience in search engine marketing or digital marketing
  • Track record of running a successful eShop is a must
  • Aptitude of SEO/SEM best practices, Google Adwords,Google Analytics, Google Shopping, Moz Analytics, Affiliations and demonstrated value managing SEO programs is mandatory
  • Outstanding Excel skills and knowledge of advanced formulas
  • Highly analytical and interpretive skill set is mandatory
  • Analytical thinker and problem solver
  • Excellent written and oral and written communication skills
  • Good command in English and Chinese
