Our client is looking for a candidate to assist team leader in managing the Trade Processing and Settlements team for the local and China equities market.

Client Details

Our client is a leading brokerage and investment group with strong presence in APAC and across the globe. Our client provides securities, corporate finance & capital markets, asset management, alternative investment as well as wealth management services to global corporate and institutional clients.

Description

  • Perform daily transaction settlement for equities market

  • Monitor and manage the CCASS stock activities & position

  • Handle physical script collection for the products offered by our agency businesses

  • Assist in supervise and resolve trade processing and settlements issues

  • Follow up with counter-parties / clients for settlement related enquiry

  • Support equity sales, account executives and sales traders abreast of client account status

Profile

  • Bachelor degree holder with finance related disciplines

  • At least 3-4 years' experience in the securities industry

  • Robust computer literacy and high numeracy

  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadline as request

  • Good inter-personal and communication skill

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin is a must)
