ESG Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Gather, clean and analyze internal and external datasets to identify sustainability trends and insights in key environmental geographies;
• Research on environmental, social and governance disclosures of companies;
• Review company documents such as sustainability reports, annual reports, as well as other corporate and third-party publications;
• Work closely with cross-function teams to achieve end-to-end data driven solutions;
• Prepare proposal for the initiatives relating to sustainable environment and development;
• Obtain the updated market information in sustainability and carry out research study in the field;
• Coordinate with the top and Senior Management for individual departmental sustainability key performance index, plan and implementation;

Job Requirements:

• Undergraduate/graduate degree in an environmental or social discipline;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ESG field within financial, hotel or real estate industries preferred;
• Excellent analytical skills in conducting research, quantitative analysis and basic financial modelling;
• Experience in measuring and reporting on social and environmental impacts of projects;
• Critical thinker, proactive and positive attitude, team player and solutions driven;
• Excellent written, verbal, and cross communication skills (English); attention to detail and keen ability to monitor, analyze, and manage data;
• Interest in sustainability and working on impactful data-driven solutions;
• Proficiency in written and spoken English;
• Ability to work in a time critical environment and to meet deadlines;
