Responsibilities:

  • Handles inquiries and complaints from tenants/customers
  • Monitor and oversee the site operation and performance of contractors and sub-ordinates to ensure the compliance of statutory requirements
  • Works under close supervision of estate security and cleaners and follows instructions
  • Handles day-to-day administration/operation of the Estate
  • Enhances owners satisfaction
  • Enforcement and implement of BMO and DMC
  • Other ad-hoc assignments

 Requirements:

  • Degree or above in any disciplines, preferably in Property Management or relevant disciplines
  • 3-4 years’ experiences in property management
  • Independent with good communication skill and able to work under pressure
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Chinese Word Processing is essential
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
