Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive property management services for the Group's designated properties
  • Assist in handling complaints and inquiries from authorizers / tenants and residents / occupiers
  • Responsible for inventory control, tendering and liaise with relevant government authorities
  • Other ad-hoc assignments

 Requirements:

  • Degree or above in any disciplines, preferably in Property Management or relevant disciplines
  • 2-3 years’ experience in property management is an advantage
  • Independent with good communication skill and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin 
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Chinese Word Processing is essential
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
