Responsibilities:

  • provide administrative support to events and activities;
  • co-ordinate and work closely with external stakeholders e.g. sponsors, vendors and visitors;
  • assist in on-site operations; and
  • handle guests’ enquiries in professional manner.

 

Applicants should:

  • possess a recognised degree with relevant experience, preferably in event management, marketing, communications or related disciplines;
  • have a good command of English and Chinese (both written and spoken);
  • be familiar in using Microsoft Office; and
  • possess good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills and ability to work independently.

 

Applicants with work experience in event management will be an advantage.
