Job Description

  • You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
  • You will be required to act as a sales/planning specialist and be responsible to assist the Events/Catering and related revenue is maximised in the most profitable way in line with the agreed targets.

Job Qualification

  • Minimum 2 years work experience as Events Coordinator in a luxury international brand hotel.
  • Good understanding of selling techniques and banquet knowledge.
  • Computer skills in MS Office, email, Fidelio/Delphi/RESERVE will be an asset.
