Job Description

  • Provide high standard customer services to exclusive members
  • Attend to members' requests in an efficient and timely manner
  • Handle and follow up feedback and complaints from customers
  • Maintain an organised database of information
  • Work closely with other departments in order to complete service satisfactorily
  • Perform adhoc tasks as assigned by management

Job Requirement

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • Experience in customer service industry is preferable
  • Knowledge in MS office and Chinese&English typing
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Able to work independently
  • Mature and cheerful personality with good interpersonal communication skills
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
