  • Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Executive
  • Calendar management and associated tasks such as booking conference rooms, audio visual equipment, documentation, meeting scheduling etc.
  • Co-ordinate internal and external meetings, teleconferencing, videoconferencing, property visits and corporate events
  • Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests and handle them as appropriate
  • Filing, invoicing and processing of expense claims and related record-keeping
  • Maintain files, order supplies and prepare responses to correspondence of routine inquiries
  • Coordinate logistics for business trips and team travel arrangements
  • Prepare minutes and consolidate reports when required
  • Handling of confidential stuff when required


  • At least 6 years relevant experience , preferably in listed companies, financial institutions or investment banking
  • Able to work under pressure, follow-through and resolve problems 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, well-organized, independence, fast-learner
  • Strong Microsoft Office capabilities in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent command of bother oral and written English and Chinese. Business Putonghua is essential
  • Meticulous and patient
