Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk II) in the Department of Chemistry (Ref.: 201800917) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree with at least 2-3 years’ work experience. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills; the ability to perform multi-tasks, work independently and under pressure; proficiency in PC and MS software applications and Chinese word processing; and be selfmotivated. The appointee will assist in project coordination, planning, organizing and on-site management for various activities; provide general administrative support; and perform other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
