Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and compile management reports, implement strategies and monitor the projects on educational/ charity fund business or related areas
  • Organize and coordinate meetings and events, draft and review agenda, minutes and resolutions, prepare write-up and consolidate the materials
  • Communicate with external/ internal parities to ensure business plans and projects are in good progress
  • Provide executive supports to management
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Communications, Linguistics, Business Studies or related disciplines
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in sizable organizations preferably with exposures in driving and operating charity fund business
  • Strong business acumen and an outgoing attitude
  • Excellent report writing skill in Chinese
  • Proficient in application of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing
  • Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
