Key Responsibilities:

  • Settle and handle claims in accordance to Company claims management requirements
  • Register, monitor and follow up with claims files
  • Set and monitor reserve in compliance with authority levels
  • Comply with claims instructions, provide quality work and adhere to authority limits and procedures in the process of claims handling
  • Provide quality and professional claims service to customers
  • Liaise with claims adjusters and monitor their service
  • Perform any job duties assigned by reporting manager/supervisor

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education or above 
  • Fresh gradates will be considered; with general insurance work experience in claims handling will be an advantage
  • Excellent customer services and communication skills
  • Customer-oriented, pleasant and willing to learn
  • Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Macau resident is highly preferred
