Responsibilities:

  • provide administrative support to the Department and the modules under the Common Core Curriculum; and
  • serve as secretary to committees and working groups.

 

Applicants should:

  • possess a recognized degree, preferably with relevant working experience in the higher education sector;
  • be a fast learner, self-motivated, detail-minded, a good team player and able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility;
  • possess good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • be proficient in computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing; and
  • have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
