Responsibilities:

  • work closely with the academic staff to support their teaching duties, including assessment of marking and preparation for teaching materials, etc.;
  • provide technical and executive support for programmes and Department administration;
  • assist the test and examination-related processes;
  • assist in monitoring the quality of teaching;
  • assist in organizing events of the Department and programmes; and
  • manage social media of the Department.

 

Applicants should:

  • possess a recognised degree, preferably with 1 year of relevant working experience;
  • be a fast learner, self-motivated, a good team player and able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility;
  • have good quantitative skills and be proficient in using software including Word, Excel and Powerpoint; and
  • have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

 

Applicants with work experience in the higher education sector will be an advantage.
