With offices in Hong Kong, China, Ireland and France, they are now looking for a high calibre candidate to join their group.

Description

The Executive Assistant will have following responsibilities:

  • Provide all-round liaison and coordination support to the CEO with designated association/social groups for business activities and external affairs in both HK and PRC in a professional manner;
  • Plan and coordinate community events, activities and cultural exchange tour for designated associations;
  • Assist in meeting documentation, presentation materials, meeting minutes and report preparation;
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondences and enquiries from external parties;
  • Take up ad hoc assignment/projects as required;
  • Occasional travel is required.

Profile

The successful candidate should have below requirements:

  • Diploma or certificate holder;
  • At least 5 years' relevant working experience in public relations or event organizer;
  • Passionate, responsible, trustworthy, willing to learn with "can-do" attitude;
  • Strong interpersonal and organizing skills, detail-oriented multi-taskers who can meet tight schedule in a proactive and high accuracy manner;
  • Experience in working with senior executive is highly preferred;
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin);
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese typing;
  • Immediate availability is preferable
