• Degree holders in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related disciplines
• 2-3 years prior experience in an administrative support capacity, investor relations experience preferred. An understanding of capital markets and role of investor relations function a plus
• Proficient in the full suite of Microsoft Office products; experience with Bloomberg preferred
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical and administrative skills
• Highly detail-oriented, collaborative, with high degree of integrity and accountability
• Openness to change, flexibility and desire to learn and grow
• Ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously and anticipate upcoming needs
• Ability to work under pressure and work independently to complete multiple priorities with competing deadlines
• Ability to handle confidential material in a professional manner
• Excellent command and professionalism in both written and spoken English and Chinese for executive audiences.
• Fluency in Mandarin will be an advantage

As the executive assistant, the ideal candidate will provide full scope assistance to the Investor Relations/ Strategic Development Director.

Investor Relations Functions
• Manage correspondence through the Investor Relations e-mail inbox and telephone line to ensure timely and accurate response to investor inquiries.
• Assist Investor Relations team in maintaining investor database to track investor ownership activity and document interactions with institutional investors
• Assist to coordinate and organize corporate events, investor meetings, conference calls, site visits, and other investor relations activities
• Manage content on IR website
• Track and organize sell-side analyst publications when published

Administrative Functions
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings and follow-up as needed to support the Investor Relations/ Strategic Development Director
• Arrange complex travel arrangements and prepare expense reports when needed
• Prepare and modify corporate presentations, correspondence, press releases and reports for executive and investor audiences
• Assist in planning details for investor relations programs, corporate events or conferences; attendees may include executives, shareholders and analysts
• Perform general office management duties and support ad hoc projects as required
• Maintain sensitive records and files
