A well-established MNC financial firm is now seeking for an Executive Assistant to join their fast growing company and provide secretarial and administrative support to the team.

Client Details

My client is a multinational private equity firm that is based in the US. Since 1972, they have partnered with the founders of companies that now have an aggregate, public market value of over $3.3 trillion. They are not seeking for an Executive Assistant to join their team.

Description

The Executive Assistant will have below responsibilities:

  • Responsible for general secretarial duties including word processing, shorthand; maintaining filing system; logistic arrangements; administrative duties and other tasks assigned by the Office Manager.
  • Perform secretarial support to Chairman such as arranging appointments, meeting room booking and answering phone enquiries
  • Provide general administrative and logistic support to the finance team, including reporting, filing and analysing etc.
  • Organizing team events, luncheons or forum
  • Assist in any ad-hoc tasks and duties

Profile

The successful candidate must have below requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree holder in any discipline
  • Excellent Excel skills, knowledge of software applications, including Word, Powerpoint and Chinese word-processing
  • Minimum of 3 years' secretarial/ clerical experience
  • Willing to learn, fast-paced and positive work attitude
  • Mandarin is a must, good command of English
  • Detailed-oriented and work well in a team
