Executive Assistant (Ref. 220627013-IE)
The appointee will be required to:
(a) provide administrative support to the Registrar’s Office;
(b) assist in office administration and operation for matters relating to staffing, procurement, accounting and inventory records, etc.;
(c) liaise with internal and external parties;
(d) handle written and telephone enquiries; and
(e) perform any other duties as assigned by the Registrar or his delegates.
Applicants should have:
(a) a recognised degree, preferably have at least one year of work experience;
(b) a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua being an advantage;
(c) proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
(d) good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, and be a good team player; and
(e) soft skills including a proactive attitude, good problem-solving, and the capacity of embracing changes.
Preferences will be given to those who have good knowledge of computer hardware and IT skills.
Shortlisted candidates may be invited to sit for a trade test.
Conditions of Service
A highly competitive remuneration package will be offered.  Initial appointment will be on a fixed-term gratuity-bearing contract.  Re-engagement thereafter is subject to mutual agreement.
