Job Description
As the Executive Assistant, you will be responsibled for reporting to the Executive Director directly, provide secretarial and administrative support. You will follow up the travel arrangements as well as social arrangements. Besides, you have to maintain calendar and meeting schedules as well as to liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and workflow. Lastly, you will assist in ad hoc duties if needed.


Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business Administrarion or related disciplines with 3 yrs relevant working experience
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and work independently
  • Proactive, pleasant, well organised and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in PC Skills, includind MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
