Responsibilities:

  • provide quality service to students, staff and visitors, including but not limited to handle enquiries from internal and external parties;
  • provide support to student organizations;
  • provide support in the coordination and implementation of student development programmes and campus life activities;
  • assist in compiling statistical reports and survey results of functions / activities; and
  • provide support in managing websites and databases.

 

Applicants should:

  • possess a recognized degree, preferably with 1 year of working experience in student affairs, especially in service learning and leadership development;
  • be pleasant, service-oriented and detail-minded;
  • be self-motivated and able to work independently;
  • have good communication, interpersonal, organisation and problem-solving skills;
  • have good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; and
  • be proficient in computer skills including MS Office and Chinese word processing; preferably with knowledge / experience in website management and social media marketing.

 

The appointee may be required to work outside normal office hours. Applicants with work experience in the higher education sector will be an advantage.
