ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Schedule and manage Managing Director’s calendar, appointments, travel and accommodation itineraries
  • Plan, co-ordinate and ensure the Managing Director’s schedule is followed and respected
  • Administer correspondence, manage incoming calls, emails and mail promptly and in a courtesy manner
  • Prioritize and follow up on incoming issues and concern addressed to the Managing Director
  • Manage meetings and projects, preparation of agendas and actionable follow-ups
  • Respond to requests for information, refer matters to appropriate department and/or take or recommend action to resolve
  • Interact in courteous and professional manner with guests, customers, vendors and associates who come in contact with Executive office

 REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in secretarial function in serving senior executives
  • Working experience in luxury hotel is industry is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal billingual communication skills is a must (both English and Chinese)
  • Detail-orientated, organized with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, mature and passionate
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
