This Executive Assistant will be assisting on secretarial and admin support to the senior management.

Client Details

Our client is a US MNC headquarter in California, with regional office in Hong Kong oversees the APAC region. They are looking for an EA to help assisting the senior management. They will offer attractive salary and benefit package to the suitable candidate.

Description

  • Provide a wide range of secretarial and administrative support for the Senior Director
  • Prepare presentation materials for client meeting purposes
  • Prioritizes workload involving multiple large projects/timelines
  • Liaises with guests and speakers to assess needs for seminars and events
  • Handle extensive travel, accommodation and other logistics arrangement
  • Schedule appointments and calendar maintenance
  • Manage expenses claims, monthly reports and reimbursements
  • Prepare annual budget, reviews monthly budget, reviews
  • Ad hoc projects

Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of solid secretarial experience in MNC/ sizeable company
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detailed oriented, a team player with pleasant personality
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential
  • Responsible, hardworking and able to work independently
  • Immediate availability preferred
