  • We are a vertically integrated gas company with Corporate Finance and Chairman's office in Hong Kong
  • We focus on the exploration, production, development, transportation, distribution and sales of natural gas form coal seams, commonly known as coal bed methane or CMB.
  • The company is active in mergers and acquisitions, transactions and management buyouts. 
  • We are looking for EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT / ADMINISTRATOR to Chairman's office – with details as follows :
  • Work in Chairman's office of 10 members
  • Perform receptionist duties in Chairman's office including greeting guest, answering the phone, courier services and provides excellent reception services to the guests.
  • Providing clerical and admin supports to Chairman's Office
  • Travel and meeting schedule for Chairman
  • Manage office equipment and facilities including offices and meeting room
  • Handle travel arrangement for Chairman and family
  • Assist in ad hoc company events as required
  • University Graduate preferably in administration or related
  • 3 years working experience in administration report to CEO or Chairman.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Presentable, highly professional, pleasant, great telephone manner and business etiquette.
  • Well organized, detail-minded, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure
  • No trips is required
  • 5 days work
  • Annual leave : 15 days, add 1 day every year up to maximum 20 days
