Reporting to the Executive Committee, the Executive Director has overall strategic and operational responsibilities for LUAHK.

• To plan, develop and implement strategies for brand building and membership services
• To implement policies as approved by the Executive Committee
• To establish good working relationships and partnership arrangements with related parties and stakeholders
• To provide leadership to ensure excellence for the Association’s events, activities and oversee the effective and efficient operations of LUAHK offices
• Any other ad hoc assignments

• A relevant bachelor’s degree preferably in business administration, management or communications
• Over 10 years relevant experience at managerial level, preferably in organizations or NGOs
• Strong management and interpersonal skills and with competence to communicate across different stratums of stakeholders;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
• Strong sense of responsibility, multitasking, high level of integrity
