Job Description

  • To supervise customer service staff to issue quotations, maintenance agreement and follow up customer service matters; purchasing staff to issue purchase order and follow up of items delivery; accounting staff to issue invoice and payment related issues
  • As a person in charge to provide customer service support
  • To handle documents related to projects and maintenance services
  • Prepare Profit & Loss analysis of individual jobs, tenders and for the Division as a whole, review all tender and contract terms
  • Maintaining and expanding links with sub-contractors, suppliers and manufacturers
  • Formulate marketing strategies and promotion plans
  • Administer and revise as necessary the commission calculation of sales staff
  • To maintain, design and revise relevant management information database
  • To help design and keep updated promotional materials for products and services
  • To prepare and perform demonstration / presentation with sales staff whenever necessary
  • Conduct weekly report on the updated figures and major issues of the Department to the Head of Corporate/ General Manager
  • To lead system enhancement of internal process and policy review
  • Any other duties reasonably directed by your superiors.

Requirements

  • University graduates;
  • At least 10 years management experience for Executive Manager, 5 years management experience for Assistant Executive Manager; Candidate with less experience will be considered as Executive Trainee;
  • Experience in engineering field or project management is an advantage;
  • Good command of spoken & written of English and Chinese;
  • Chinese and English Typing;
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Knowledge of diagram drafting software, such as CAD, Visio, Photoshop, etc is an advantage
  • High standard of personal integrity and reliability;
  • Be customer-oriented;
  • Hardworking, responsible and willing to learn
