This Executive Officer will be helping on a 6-month project, focusing on admin, translation and writing duties.

Client Details

Our client is a statutory body, office in Wanchai. They have 50 staff in Hong Kong office and currently looking for an Executive Officer who has good writing skills and language skills to join their team.

Description

Reporting to the General Manager (Operation & Service),the appointee will be required to:

  • Perform as a coordinator and provide administrative support to the project execution team;
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Board / Committees / Working Group of the Authority;
  • Plan and coordinate meetings and draft related documents and reports;
  • Draft, translate and proof-read the content of publicity materials;
  • Assist to support the corporate events; and
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Profile

  • A recognised university degree in Corporate Administration, Communications, Translation or a related discipline;
  • A minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in sizable organizations, with experience in government departments or public sectors being an advantage;
  • Strong communication, presentation and organisation skills;
  • Ability to multi-task and work with strict deadlines, under pressure situations, and remain calm in stressful situations; ability to prioritize and adjust with change
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
