3. Executive Officer (several posts)
(Ref.: 201601559)(to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a good Bachelor’s degree, with at least 3 years’ solid administrative work experience, preferably in a tertiary institution. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English (with an overall band score of 7.5 or above in IELTS; or equivalent) and Chinese; strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills; as well as an appropriate level of IT skills. They are expected to have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently to meet strict deadlines with minimal supervision; and a good sense of tact in dealing with sensitive, confidential issues and student information. The appointees will have a good exposure to a wide range of administrative work related to education such as admissions, examination, curriculum review, event organization, student affairs, etc.; and perform any other duties as assigned. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits. The appointments on fixed terms will attract a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 15% of basic salary for posts (1) and (2), and 10% of basic salary for post (3). For posts (1) and (2), housing benefits will be provided as applicable.
