Our client is a medical equipment development companies. They are currently looking for a Executive Secretary to join their team.

 

Job Duties:

  • Provide assistance to General Manager through the completion of diversified secretarial duties and administrative activates.
  • Schedule / Coordinate appointment schedule, meetings and conferences.
  • Assisting in meeting minutes, business correspondence, presentation preparation and management report generation.
  • Arranging and handling travel logistic.
  • Managing proper communication internally and externally.
  • Co-work cross function and support the company’s initiatives and special projects as assigned.
  • Ad hoc assignments as directed by Managing Director.

 

Qualification:

  • Bachelor holder or above in any discipline.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in related to secretarial / administration work under multi-national environment.
  • Good communication and coordination skill cross-department leaders’ with good people management, self-motive and supportive.
  • Approachable, detail-oriented, open-minded and is keen on continuous learning.
  • Good command of both written and conversational in English and Chinese.
  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Power point, Excel, Word, etc)
