Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Corporate Brand Marketing team, Onboard Revenue departments and Ship Operation teams to optimize the effectiveness and presentation of onboard communication materials in accordance with the brand visual and communication standards.
  • Develop and monitor brand standard compliance onboard the ships by providing onboard guidelines and ongoing trainings and establish an effective work flow procedure that ensures the delivery of brand-aligned communications onboard.
  • Coordinate, edit, align, and develop bi-lingual content for digital signage, mobile app, interactive TVs, printed promotions/ads/flyers and other creative collateral to support guest engagement and onboard revenue.
  • Help drive onboard revenue across all operational areas, including retail, shore excursions, spa, food & beverage, entertainment, etc.
  • Develop POSM and onsite setups efficiently by liaising with vendors, agencies and printers, etc.
  • Translate and write content of Onboard Marketing materials into English and Chinese (Mandarin).
  • Coordinate, edit and update the internal product manuals for the company.
  • Support the evaluation of the company’s guest satisfaction results and track corrective measures with responsible departments.
  • Perform other projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and/or business related disciplines.
  • At least 2 years of work experience in relevant fields. Experience in the travel and hospitality industry, particularly in cruising, is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience in brand marketing, guest communication and copy writing.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese.
  • Creative flair, aesthetic sense and good eye for design. Sound knowledge of Microsoft Word and Power Point, Mac platforms, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
  • “Get your hands dirty” work ethic and a willingness to dig deep into operations.
  • Independent and able to work under pressure and tight schedules.
  • Good project management and problem solving skills.
  • Detail oriented with strong communication skills.
  • Passion for learning and openness to different perspectives.
