As an Exhibition & Event Project Assistant / Executive, you are passionate about achieving excellence in customer service and committed to provide superior supports to event coordination and logistics management. It is an ideal opportunity to sharpen your customer service and enhance your communication skills.

About your potential employer:

Our client is an international Event & Exhibition organization based in Hong Kong. With more than 40 offices worldwide, our client provides exhibition, event management and other business solutions to small and medium-sized enterprise.

 

Responsibilities included:

  • Based on the nature of different exhibitions or events, work in a team on planning, arranging and coordinating each project
  • Assist with planning and execution of event marketing programs
  • Assist with preparation of communication and public relation materials such as brochures, flyers and newsletters
  • Help on gather information and conduct research on each project to achieve quality event productions
  • Communicate via telephone and email with clients to promote upcoming events and exhibitions
  • Handle client enquiries and request with grace and manner
  • Provide supports on administrative tasks such as filing, basic book keeping, and ad hoc tasks

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma/ Degree holder
  • 1 year work experience is preferred but not necessary. Experienced candidates may be considered for senior positions
  • University Fresh graduate is welcomed
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter who takes initiative with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to learn; ability to multi-task and complete several assignments with tight deadlines
  • Fluent in speaking and strong at writing both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) application
  • HK permanent citizen only
  • Immediately available
