  • Lead the fabric team and manage the daily operations from material sourcing, fabric development to bulk production
  • Evaluate fabric / trim suppplier's capability for order placement
  • Keep abreast and foreacast market trend, identify new mills, recommend alternatives, develop and evaluate fabric/trim suppliers, and ensure effective planning of fabric / yarn / trim placement
  • Research, advise and recommend new fabric & yarn concepts
  • Develop, manage and support fabric mill to meet brand need and quality requirement
  • Resolve any issues and problems related to fabric matters and provide timely and feasible solution or alternatives
  • Facilitate fabric costing and negotiation and optimize price opportunity by leveraging resources and bargaining power



  • Form 5 or above
  • 15+ years fabric sourcing experience for global market with experience gained in European buying office is a plus
  • Strong technical knowledge and good market sense with customer-oriented attitude
  • Innovative with sound analytical and problem solving skills
  • Assertive with good management and people skills
  • Occasional travel is required
  • Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
  • Well-versed with MS Office (excel) and Chinese Word Processing
