  • Diploma / University graduate with major in Textile / Fashion studies
  • With 10 years or above relevant working experience
  • Lead Asia Fabric Team to develop, execute and deliver a raw materials strategy that supports business plans for future growth and product quality.
  • Ensure raw material supply chain supports cost effective solutions with Speed to Market in mind.
  • Provide technical support to Design, Global Production and Technical teams in US on product viability.
  • Support standardization and approval of all Fabric.
  • Own Counter sourcing of trim when and where applicable.
  • Responsible to highlight any quality problems with solution.
  • Supports any additional cost negotiation, minimums and/or fabric lead-time negotiations when needed.
  • Partner with Global Offices, Agents, Mills and Vendors to resolve fabric development and production issues through the product life cycle.
  • Maintain an awareness of the latest technical developments in fiber, fabric and yarn production.
  • Responsible for communicating brand needs, goals and objectives. 
  • Ongoing improvement of process for global team. Introduce new processes to improve efficiency when and where applicable. 
  • Act as a positive and supportive partner
