Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Proactively monitor general office fittings and internal facilities including air-conditioning system, electricity, fire extinguishing system, building work etc.
  • Answer enquiries about facility management, resolve issues and escalate if required
  • Monitor office housekeeping and maintenance, and assist in internal moves and furniture setup
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of contractors on site
  • Handle courier orders or special deliveries


Your skills and experience:

  • Preferably secondary school graduates
  • About 2 years of facility management / office administration experience
  • Some knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to communicate in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Occasionally working beyond office hours is required Good reasons to join
